The City of Baltimore received a  historic $641 million investment provided by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). Our goal is to invest these dollars in an equitable, community-focused way, focusing on putting Baltimoreans back to work, while investing in neighborhoods that have historically been left behind.

In the spirit of collaboration, transparency, and accountability, we are asking residents to participate in this brief survey to help prioritize areas of investment. It is important to us that this process remains rooted in community and reflects the priorities of our residents.
